What we can accept back, and how to get in touch.
This Return Policy explains when CL Diecast can accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us at cldiecast2022@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order ID, photos of the issue, and the packaging when possible so we can investigate with the carrier.
Change of Mind
Because we sell collector models — including sealed, limited, and event-exclusive pieces — we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or after the seal has been opened, except where required by law.
Preorders
Preorder deposits are generally non-refundable once production has been committed with the manufacturer, except where required by law. If a manufacturer cancels a release, we will refund any amount you paid for that item.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping fees are only refunded when the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.
