We sell diecast model cars and collectibles, including sealed, unsealed, and preorder items. All products sold by CL Diecast are 100% authentic. Product photos are for reference only; minor packaging or casting variations may occur between batches. Preorder items are produced by third-party manufacturers, so release dates are estimates and may change without notice.

Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal at the time of order. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized, and may be cancelled if payment is not completed within the required timeframe. CL Diecast also reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock availability or pricing errors.

You may check out as a guest or as a registered account holder. Guests can look up order status using their Order ID and the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before placing an order — we are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect information.

We ship worldwide from Malaysia and the United States. Shipping times, carriers, and rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier, though we will assist with claims for lost or damaged shipments where possible.

Contact us at cldiecast2022@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Preorder deposits are generally non-refundable once production has been committed with the manufacturer, except where required by law.

Loyalty tier pricing and access are offered at our discretion to qualifying customers and may be modified, paused, or revoked for misuse.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

CL Diecast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
